Product Care:

Do not use glass cleaner or paper towels to clean the glazing (glass). Instead, use a drop of dishwashing liquid and mix with a pint of water. Using a clean and soft towel, dip in the water mixture and gently wipe the glazing free of dust.

 

Customer Satisfaction:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Each product is made by hand with extreme attention to detail. Every item is personally inspected by the owners at Inked Press. If we are not satisfied with the high quality and professionalism of the product – we won’t ship it to you until it is to our satisfaction.

 

Because we have such high internal standards for an exceptional product, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your selection and do not offer any refunds.

 

Damage During Shipping:

If you have received a product that is damaged, please contact us and let us know what happened. We will determine if the product needs to be repaired or replaced and will take care of you.

 

All costs related to return shipping an item for repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the customer. Product must be returned in original packaging.
